一、要堅持向課堂要質(zhì)量,激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,力求課堂教學(xué)高效性。教師要以學(xué)生發(fā)展為主,向課堂40分鐘要效率,關(guān)注全體學(xué)生,班主任及任課老師要認(rèn)真了解分析學(xué)生的思想和學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),及時解決有關(guān)問題。關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)間的差異性,以談心等方式抓好學(xué)困生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作,從思想、情感、態(tài)度上關(guān)注學(xué)生的弱勢學(xué)科,在班級中營造拼搏氛圍和競爭態(tài)勢,調(diào)動全體學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。利用家訪等形式向?qū)W生家長介紹當(dāng)前教育的形勢,提出學(xué)校抓好畢業(yè)班教學(xué)質(zhì)量的設(shè)想,在取得家長的重視和配合之下,實現(xiàn)家校的共同努力,齊抓共管,提高學(xué)生的成績。
二、要做到向訓(xùn)練要質(zhì)量,力求作業(yè)檢測有效性。鼓勵教師結(jié)合本班情況,從班級實際出發(fā),認(rèn)真篩選提供的資料,編制一些適合本班特點的練習(xí),供學(xué)生使用,充分發(fā)揮了教師的主觀能動性。特別提倡各教師認(rèn)真分析縣教研室的試卷特點,找出自身各學(xué)科教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題,有針對性地對學(xué)生進行輔導(dǎo)和復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)。
學(xué)生的作業(yè)怎么設(shè)計?我們要思考三點:為什么練?練什么?怎樣練?在此基礎(chǔ)上,同科教師設(shè)計同步訓(xùn)練題。要認(rèn)真組織單元檢測和分析,做好成績的收集和統(tǒng)計,重點查看檢測的平均分、優(yōu)秀率、合格率等情況,以便學(xué)校及時了解畢業(yè)班教學(xué)情況,不要將學(xué)生成績進行排隊,檢測數(shù)據(jù)僅供學(xué)校教學(xué)分析參考。學(xué)生要整理老師發(fā)下的試卷,記錄其中錯題,難題,并重新做一遍,這很重要。
三、要保證向時間要質(zhì)量,力求培優(yōu)補困針對性。要求教師了解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況,制定落實幫扶計劃,完成幫扶任務(wù)。教師要掌握學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況和部分學(xué)生的“偏科”現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)具體情況制定幫扶計劃,每個教師要幫助幾名學(xué)生,關(guān)心愛護他們,幫助輔導(dǎo)他們,增強他們的自尊心和自信心,培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓他們走出困境。
大家都知道,優(yōu)等生好教,學(xué)困生頭痛。但評估是面向全體學(xué)生,所以做好學(xué)困生的輔導(dǎo),提高及格率是提高班級成績的重要途徑。對于學(xué)困生的輔導(dǎo)我認(rèn)為一要加大課后輔導(dǎo)力度,二要注意方法,學(xué)困生的輔導(dǎo)不限于學(xué)習(xí)知識的輔導(dǎo),首先要激發(fā)他的求知欲和上進心,讓他們想讀書,學(xué)困生往往有知識的缺陷所以教師往往要替學(xué)困生多補課,教給他們學(xué)習(xí)的方法,提高他們的技能。這樣就能激發(fā)他們的興趣和求知欲。
